We assess the feasibility of the scheme and pull advice from our team's experience. We assess the project before we take it to our network of lenders. This speeds up the underwriting as we only move forward with certainty of success.

Interact with lenders

When the deal works for us, we work with the lender, submitting to the right selection is crucial.  Reviewing the offer and submitting the application is easier with a motivated lender. 

Valuations, underwriting and completion

We work closely with valuers, have strong ties with underwriters and recommend the right solicitors specific to each case. This helps achieve the desired terms and preferred timelines.
